This immaculate property is just blocks from the shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms of downtown Healdsburg. A short 10-minute walk brings you to the historic Healdsburg Plaza. Inside, the open floor plan flows seamlessly to a spacious, private wraparound porch and a large patio perfect for entertaining—all framed by vineyard views that defy description. Mature trees and lush landscaping provide shade and serenity, offering the perfect soundtrack of rustling leaves.
Interior highlights include soaring 10-foot ceilings, premium millwork, new appliances, and custom countertops. The home offers two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring a restful and private stay in Wine Country.
